Poem: Claiming the Collision

A peripheral outlook

Merits many versions of reality

From one foxhole of the eye

An explosion of ideas and intelligence

But with one turn of the head

The light drowns in a sea of imperceptive drive

Apathy and self- oppression expects compassion

But reimbursing the goodwill invites vicious rejection

A societal outing of near-misses and full blown mishaps

Claiming the collision without the misfortunes

It collapses with the one turn of the head

Because it’s a physicality of common sense
